Our project work is going on these days. Sometimes we need to take screenshots from our computer screens and its very easy to do so. But today i was really surprised when some of my classmates were asking how to take screenshots ? Firstly i thought they were joking but they were serious. Now I am writing here how to take screenshots.
Find prt scr/sys rq key.
- To take a screenshot of your desktop, go to desktop and press this key.
- Now open paint brush and press Ctrl + V or Paste from from the Edit Menu.
- It will paste a screenshot of your desktop into paint brush, you can save it as image from File > Save as.

Yep, it really is that easy. You can paste it into pretty much any photo editing program. I use a program called “snagit” by techsmith that lets you just grab what you want from the screen without having to get the whole thing. Then it puts it all out into a .jpg file instantly. All in one click.
Screenshots are great for doing tutorials too, that’s probably what I use them the most for.
