You can paste it into pretty much any photo editing program. I use a program called "snagit" by techsmith that lets you just grab what you want from the screen without having to get the whole thing. Then it puts it all out into a .jpg file instantly. All in one click. ;) Screenshots are great for doing tutorials too, that's probably what I use them the most for. Yep, it really is that easy.
