Orkut – Choose Whether Other Users Can Find You Using Your Email Address

Orkut has added another security feature. Now you can choose whether other users can find you using your email address or not. I think its a good feature for those who are fed up of fake friend requests. I noticed this new feature in my Orkut profile yesterday.

This new feature has two options – One is “Allow people to find me” and Second one is “Don’t allow people to find me”. By default it is set to first one.

You can change this option through Settings -> Privacy
