A lot of processes keep running in task manager. A normal user don’t know which of them are required and which are not. Unwanted processes slow down your computer by consuming CPU memory. To kill these unwanted processes you must be aware of these processes otherwise you can kill a essential system process which will crash your computer. When I checked exeLibrary for a executable program called as isass.exe, I came to know that it is very dangerous application which logs every key you press. It may lead to identity theft. This process can be removed from the task manager.
