Nice Plan …it is good for the ones who are starting up as low bandwidth is not a problem for them..
but for heavy traffic it is not beneficial.

1 GB data traffic and 100MB disk space is not a lot.
But for starters/personal website and 1 year free hosting, you can’t complain. At least the web host does not oversell its products.
