Nokia today announced four new mobile phones from C series. All the four phones are Dual SIM mobile phones. With the release of these phones Nokia too entered into the dual SIM mobile phones segment.
The new phones are C1-00, C1-01, C1-02 and C2. Out of these 4 mobile phones, C1-00 is the most affordable phone. It allows you to have one handset housing two SIM cards. You can switch between the SIM cards by simply holding down a key. It means you can take the advantage of reduced call rates.
Nokia C1-00 is based on Series 30 interface. It comes with features like 500 phonebook entries, 250 text messages, color screen, standby battery time of up to six weeks. It also give some handy features like flashlight, 3.5 mm headphone jack, FM radio. Expected price 30 Euros.
Nokia C1-01 and C1-02 both are Series 40 interface mobile phones. The C1-01 is a low-cost feature phone. It comes with VGA camera, SD memory card slot for up to 32 GB of storage, FM radio, music player, GPRS, Bluetooth. Expected price 39 Euros.
Nokia C1-01 and C1-02 are almost same mobile phones. C1-02 is more affordable than C1-01. It also comes with VGA camera, SD memory card slot for up to 32 GB of storage, FM radio, music player, GPRS, Bluetooth, OVI mail and Chat. Expected price 35 Euros.
Nokia C2 offers the facility to use both the SIM cards simultaneously. It means you can use both the SIM cards without switching between the two. You can make and receive calls and text messages to any number when the phone is on. The first SIM card is located underneath the battery while the second SIM card is hot-swappable. Means you can remove or insert the SIM card when the phone is on. It comes with features like FM radio, Music player, micro SD card (up to 32 GB), 1000 phonebook entries, Standby time of up to 16.5 days, VGA camera, Bluetooth, GPRS. Expected price 45 Euros.
