iOS 10.3.2 Download Update

iOS 10 has to be one of the most updated iOS firmware versions of all time. Originally released in September 2016, Apple has pushed update after update out, mainly to keep it running smoothly and as free from bugs as they possibly can, as well as introducing new features on a regular basis, and partly to put a halt to jailbreaking. The latest release from the Cupertino company is the iOS 10.3.2 download , a minor update with few extra features to shout about.

iOS 10.3.2 Features :

The update is mainly about fixing niggling bugs and enhancing the performance even more and, according to the changelog, this is what you will find :

  • OpenURL – phone calls and Facetime calls that are made via a third-party app will no longer go through without a request from iOS to place the call. In future, a message will pop up on the screen asking for permission and this should go a long way towards stopping rogue apps from placing calls.
  • SiriKit Car Commands have been tweaked and now work exactly as they are meant to do
  • Performance enhancements
  • Security fixes
  • Bug fixes

In recent years, major iOS releases have been something of an embarrassment to Apple. What are supposed to be stable releases, undergoing months of testing, have proved to be a nightmare for some users on public release ? With iOS 10, Apple is striving to overcome this and will continue to push out updates as often as needed to keep the firmware running at optimal performance on as many devices as possible.

With iOS 10.3.2, Apple is also introducing their new File System, APFS, a system designed to replace all of the iOS, Mac OS, TVOS and WatchoS file systems and introduces even stronger encryption than before. HWile that is excellent news for iOS users in general, as it means better data security, it isn’t such good news for the jailbreakers. Apple promised to stamp out jailbreaking with iOS 10 and, right now, it looks like they may be succeeding; the only time will tell.

For now, if you a jailbreaker and are pinning your hopes on an iOS 10.3.2 Jailbreak, don’t update your device. If you have no interest in jailbreaking then go ahead and update and take advantage of the latest security measures from the Cupertino Company.
